CarricDesign is my way of expressing two passions - visual communication and technology.
For as long as I can remember, I have experimented with and been intrigued by communication done through visual media. Long before the days of digital cameras, I kept film companies in business!
I have an honours degree in Geography and have been fortunate to have had opportunities over the past 25 years to have a real world education in many different types of media (print, photography, video, Power Point, web design).
In 2005 I went back to school to complete a diploma in Web Design and Production, because I realized that I had found the perfect world - visual and technical!

We did it!
We are very pleased to announce that a website designed by CarricDesign was featured in the January 2007 issue of Practical Web Design. The article was part of a design challenge that rated sites based on a combination of design, usability, accessibility and content.
CarricDesign's website, designed for Bayridge Alliance Church, collected 71 out of a possible 100 points, making it the top-rated site for January.
